Oahe Pawn has a federal firearms license (FFL). We buy, sell, trade, and pawn firearms. To remain compliant with federal law, we need you to be aware of a few important items.

If you pawn or consign a gun with us, we are required by federal law to complete an ATF-form 4473, or background check, before we return your firearm to you, even if you never transferred ownership to Oahe Pawn. No person may receive a firearm who does not pass the background check.

You may have a firearm shipped to us from another FFL. We charge $25.00 for this service.

Your firearm must be unloaded with the action in the open position before bringing it into our store.
